Ely, Nevada - Holga 120n - lford FP4-120 film
I started shooting with a Holga 120s in 1994, then adding a Holga 120n (Bulb and 1/4 20) in 2000. This is the Nevada Northern Railroad Museum in Ely, Nevada. The museum has 53 acres of open air museum and miles of track heading out of town in two directions. They do a big photo workshop every winter, since the steam engines are so spectacular when it's cold out (I've never participated, too many people for my taste). My wife Trish is in the cab taking #93 back to the barn on a winters day with no one around. The engines are rentable (diesel and steam), they come with crew until you have enough experience take them out by yourself... Way more fun!
